Thomas M. Piteo is the Managing Member of Certified Property Inspections, LLC. in Mayfield Village, OH. This organization is multifaceted Property Inspection Company that deals with all aspects of the Real Estate and Construction industry including new construction, interior and exterior renovations from small projects to very large projects. We are also on providing property inspections for clients. Since 1988 he has successfully been responsible for and the completion of more than 38 million square feet of commercial, residual, retail and industrial construction projects. These projects span across North America including Canada, Mexico, Hawaii and Alaska. He has also completed projects in Brazil, Japan, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Some of the major projects that Thomas has completed include the 850,000 square feet distribution center in Finley, OH. and in Dinuba, CA. for Best Buy, Co, Inc., and a 700,000 distribution center in Hazelton, PA. and McCalla, AL., for OfficeMax Co, Inc. and most recently he completed the new nursing school for the University of Cincinnati in Batavia, OH in the old Ford transmission plant.
Tom has been in the construction industry since 1985. He strives to build long term relationships with his clients as well as local, county and state officials. He has also created those same relationships with subcontractors providing him the ability to achieve superior pricing and commitment for them to deliver whatever it takes to complete the projects on time and within budget and most importantly to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tom has training in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University Fenn College of Engineering and has completed successfully classes with the ASHI school and is a Licensed State of Ohio Home Inspector.
